How to Create an Account & Login on the ECS Voter Registration Portal

Step 1: Sign Up
1. Go to vportal.ecs.sc in your web browser.
2. Click “Create an Account” or “Sign Up” on the homepage.
3. Enter your email address and set a password.
4. Click “Sign Up” to submit your details.


Step 2: Login to Your Account
1. After signing up, return to the portal and click “Login”.
2. Enter your registered email and password.
3. Select “Request OTP” to receive a one-time password via email.
4. Check your email inbox for the OTP and enter it on the login page.
5. Click “Login” to complete your login.


Your account is now ready to use for voter registration. Ensure the email and password are entered correctly, and check your spam/junk folder if the OTP is delayed.
