Step 2: Start Identity Verification
1. A message will appear explaining the verification process. Click “Submit” to begin.
Step 3: Provide Contact and ID Details
1. On the next screen, enter a valid phone number.
2. Upload a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, ID card).
3. Click “Submit” to send your details for review.
Step 4: Confirmation by ECS Staff
1. An ECS representative will contact you via the provided phone number to confirm your identity.
2. If all details are confirmed to be correct, your account will be activated within 24-48 hours.
